Bupati Lahat Cik Ujang membagikan Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-DD) secara simbolis bagi masyarakat empat desa di Kecamatan Kikim Selatan yang bertempat di Desa Pagardin, Sabtu (30/5). Pihaknya menjelaskan dana BLT-DD ini merupakan bantuan pemerintah melalui dana desa yang sebagian diperuntukan untuk membantu perekonomian masyarakat yang terdampak Covid-19 ini tanpa terkecuali.
Oleh sebab itu, ia meminta kepada pemerintah desa untuk segera mungkin menyalurkan bantuan tersebut kepada masyarakat, karena kita ketahui sejak munculnya wabah pandemi covid-19 ini, mulai bermunculan juga masyarakat dengan kategori miskin baru yang sangat membutuhkan bantuan tersebut. “dengan adanya bantuan ini, saya berharap masyarakat sedikit terbantu dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari terutama kebutuhan pokok seperti sembako, yang memang sangat dibutuhkan saat ini. Harapan saya semoga corona ini cepat berlalu dan masyakarat tetap bisa beraktifitas kembali seperti biasa,” harapnya.
Dalam kesempatan ini juga, pihaknya meminta kepada masyarakat Indonesia khususnya masyarakat di Kabupaten Lahat tanpa terkecuali, untuk terus mematuhi aturan yang telah dibuat oleh pemerintah, guna memutus mata rantai persebaran virus corona 19 (covid-19). “Kita tetap harus terus waspada dan selalu ingat dengan semua anjuran yang telah diberitahukan oleh Pemerintah, pakai masker, jaga jarak, rajinlah cuci tangan dan jauhi keramaian bila tidak terlalu penting dan syukur Alhamdulillah masyarakat kita masih bisa diatur,” jelasnya.
